Tracey has been part of Pipers from the very beginning, helping shape its concept and day-to-day operations. Passionate about the business and committed to its success, she is the team’s go-to person, known for her honesty, reliability, and support.

Trained in Canine First Aid and qualified in Canine Care, Welfare and Behaviour, Tracey also spent years as a volunteer puppy raiser for Guide Dogs for the Blind, nurturing seven puppies from seven weeks old through adolescence. She was honoured with the Guide Dogs Volunteer Long Service Award in 2021.

Working closely with Sarah, Tracey handles many of the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the business running efficiently, ensuring standards are consistently high across every area. Her dedication and attention to detail makes Tracey an essential part of the Pipers team.
