Charlotte quietly goes about her role as a day care assistant with efficiency and professionalism. She approaches every part of her work with a calm, thoughtful manner and is always on hand to support other members of the team.

Her career began working in kennels, followed by dog day care, and later qualifying as a Level 3 Dog Groomer. This varied background has given Charlotte a strong understanding of dog welfare, behaviour, and breed types, allowing her to meet the individual needs of every dog in our care.

Since 2024, Charlotte has combined her role at Pipers with offering a professional dog grooming service from home, further reflecting her genuine passion for dogs and their well-being.  She is also the loving owner of Zeus, a very handsome German Shepherd, and Hamish, a very cute Scottish Terrier!
